Aircare have been awarded the Facilities Management contract via Every-Turn for all the facilities management, maintenance and service works for their specialist care homes located throughout the Northeast of England.
These contracts cover all of the mechanical and electrical services including all hot & cold water services, gas heating plant, air conditioning plant, heat pumps, auxiliary and control equipment.
Aircare is providing 24-hour callout via our dedicated helpline with a two-hour response for breakdowns and emergencies as well as providing all the planned preventative maintenance, service works, project and H&S management. Job-Logic Software is being utilised to ensure all the necessary site and service documentation is provided via live reporting.
