Management Team

Dan has been with the business since 2007, starting as an apprentice Installation & Service Engineer. A Director since 2015, Dan took the reins in early 2023. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Plant Engineers, the Society of Operations Engineers, and the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers. Dan holds a BEng (Hons.) in Building Services Engineering and an MSc. In Environment, Health & Safety. Dan works on strategic planning for the business and carries out designs for large projects. He specialises in Cleanroom environmental technologies from concept through to completion and has worked on many large-scale projects covering many sectors including the food, pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing sectors.

John started Aircare in 1990 and worked tirelessly as the Managing Director until 2023, passing the reins onto Dan as part of his semi-retirement. John is a Chartered Environmentalist, Incorporated Engineer and is a Fellow of the Institute of Plant Engineers, the Society of Operations Engineers and a Member of the Institute of Refrigeration. John has a vast amount of experience and knowledge of designing large scale engineering solutions for clients and acts as a Consultant and Commercial advisor to the business. John has worked with a large variety of sectors and clients from marine, pharmaceutical, food production to material testing laboratories and acting as a Specialist Consultant for iconic buildings such as the Wimbledon Centre Court and Snowhills buildings in Birmingham.

Justin has been with the business for since 1996 providing technical solutions and support to our team and clients. Justin is a member of the Institute of Plant Engineers and Society of Operations Engineers. His knowledge, experience and hands on technical ability with complex systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration allowing our business to provide unrivalled support to our clients. Justin leads our gas projects and has worked in many projects from food production and storage to high-tech hospital and military equipment.

Jack has been with the business since 2017. Taking up the post of Project Director in early 2023 Jack has an in-depth knowledge and experience of ventilation systems and provides air side expertise to clients. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and holds a BEng. (Hons.) in Building Services Engineering. Jack has worked on many complex systems including those that serve data centres, cleanrooms, mines, testing facilities and high-tech military infrastructure.

Louise has been with the business since 2007. She is a member of the Institute of Refrigeration and provides excellent service to our clients acting as the point of contact for our facilities management and ongoing maintenance contracts. Louise holds FGas and environmental qualifications allowing her to provide advice and solutions to clients to ensure they remain legally compliant whilst also assisting them with their corporate social responsibilities by reducing their environmental impact.

Chris has been with the business since 2020 and has many years of experience and knowledge within the construction and health & safety industry. Chris manages projects and the onsite delivery ensuring the works are carried out to our high safety standards. Chris has worked on a wide variety of projects from large pharmaceutical turnkey builds to complex construction projects requiring a keen eye for detail to ensure they are carried out correctly and safely. Chris is a qualified Principal Designer and assists our design team with their CDM requirements and project risk management. Chris also attends introduction meetings with clients assisting to produce proposals and designs to ensure our solutions are a right fit for the client’s requirements whilst also ensuring they comply with legislation.
