Aircare has been awarded a prestigious contract for the comprehensive refurbishment of a large life sciences research and manufacturing plant located in Northeast England. This multimillion-pound project encompasses the installation of essential mechanical services vital for the client’s operations.
Commencing in April 2024 the scope of Aircare’s involvement is extensive, covering all aspects of mechanical infrastructure, including HVAC plant, close control environment equipment, industrial gas services, air movement and ductwork. Additionally, their responsibilities extend to health and safety measures, project management, as well as testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Utilising state-of-the-art CAD software, Aircare will provide innovative 3D mechanical installation drawings, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
