Resident engineers are able to respond immediately to any maintenance requirements or critical plant breakdowns.
Newbridge House, Aircare's head office, maintains contact with engineers by utilising mobile phones. This approach, coupled with the live tracking systems fitted to our service vehicles, enables Aircare Building Maintenance to respond promptly to any system failure. Service levels are established by the Service Director and Supervisors conducting on-site audits of an engineer’s work.
