This summer was a “late starter” and with the heat wave Aircare was awarded local and national contracts:

1 – National restaurant chain, Aircare provides a full HVAC maintenance and service contract with 24 hour emergency call out and 4 hour response.

2 – Residential developments, Aircare designed and installed multiple air source heat pump heating systems.

3 – Retail centres, Aircare designed and installed cooling, heating and ventilation systems.

4 – Offices and computer rooms, Aircare designed and installed heating, cooling and heat recovery systems.

4 – Industrial, Aircare installed large bore hole water pumps for ground water heat pump systems.

Most of the equipment designed and installed by Aircare during this summer had a minimum energy rating of “A+A”.

Graduation Day

Dan Reed receives his BEng (Hons.) Building Services Engineering Degree at Northumbria University’s graduation ceremony on the 14 July 2013.

John Cherry (Aircare’s Consultant Engineer and Director) congratulates Dan and commented “Dan worked extremely hard for five years to achieve his degree and it is well deserved”.

Aircare has been awarded the contract for the design, supply and installation of multiple high efficiency heating and cooling air source heat pump systems with heat recovery ventilation units. The client, an international heavy engineering and manufacturing company, is locating into their new manufacturing facilities and office’s in South Tyneside.

The heating and cooling systems are “A++” energy efficient, the heat recovery ventilation system can recover up to 75% of the heat from the usually wasted exhaust air.

Daniel Lloyd Reed BEng (Hons.), EngTech, LCIBSE Aircare’s Senior Project Engineer, has successfully completed his BEng (Hons.) Building Services Engineering Degree.

Sponsored by Aircare Dan has been attending Northumbria University for the past five years and successfully completed his degree course during May 2013.

Aircare designed, manufactured and installed eight ultra efficient 150kW heat recovery heat pump units for this prestigious building development in Birmingham city center. These heat pump units recover all of heat from the outgoing air during the winter, and provide cool incoming air during the summer. Aircare played a key role advising major manufactures and Consultant Engineers throughout the project.

Aircare have been awarded the contract for this two storey restaurant development. Aircare designed, selected and are installing all of the HVAC equipment comprising of double A rated high efficiency air source heat pumps and heat recovery units that are capable of recovering the heat from the (usually wasted) extracted air.

Aircare have recently completed the installation of an energy efficient gas heating system in the 14th century grade 1 listed St Micheals Church adjacent to Alnwick Castle.

22/08/12 Aircare were awarded a contract by the Executive Care Group to design, supply and install air conditioning to their medication store rooms at their Blue Bell Court Care Home in Essex.

12/09/12 –  Aircare were awarded the contract by The Yorkshire Linen Co to design and install their air conditioning and heating systems for their new head offices and warehouses using energy efficient heat pumps and dirct gas fired equipment.
